A method for making jelly includes swelling sulphated polysaccharide in water, heating, dissolving, mixing a jellying agent and obtaining a solution for preparing the jelly. Swelling of a polysaccharide sulphated separately and of a mixture of gelatine and modified starch is carried out. The prepared jellying agent of sulphated polysaccharide is heated at continuous mixing up to dissolving. The prepared mixture is added to the solution and heated while mixing up to boiling. |
