A method for treatment of recurrent chemoresistant ovarian cancer comprises the cytoreductive surgery and chemotherapy.When the tumor is resistent to platinum derivatives, taxanes, anthracyclines, then microhomeostasis modulating therapy through the use of modulators of the activity of the tumor microsurrounding factors, tamoxifen at a dose of 80-100 mg daily per os (40-50 mg 2 times a day) continuously nimesulide in the standard therapeutic dose of 100 mg per os daily for 2-3 months with the interval of 7-10 days and continuation of intake during the next 2-3 months and IFN α2b (Laferon) 1mln. IU undermuscularly in antiangiogenic mode continuously. |
