PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic injection needle improved by solving such a problem that an arrangement position of a connecting member disposed in an inner tube and the needle inserted in this is shifted to the tip side of the inner tube by a liquid delivery pressure circulating in the inner tube, and to provide a method for manufacturing the endoscopic injection needle.SOLUTION: An endoscopic injection needle 100 has an inner tube 20, a needle 10, a connecting member 70 for connecting the needle 10 with the inner tube 20, and a resin filling part 110 formed by filling a resin member among an outer circumferential surface of the needle 10 projecting into the base end side from a proximal end surface 73 of the connecting member 70, an inner circumferential surface of the inner tube 20 and the proximal end surface 73 of the connecting member 70. A first virtual surface 140 is a cut surface to the inner circumferential surface of the inner tube 20, contains the peripheral most proximal point 132 and the peripheral most distal point 134 in the proximal end surface 130 of the resin filling part 110, intersects with a central axis 138, and is the cut surface where a crossing angle between a normal and a central axis 138 is minimized. A first normal 136 being the normal of the first virtual surface is inclined to the central axis 138. |
