An external conductor surrounds a central core. A microwave energy propagation medium (4) is arranged between the central core and the external conductor, and is constituted of two longitudinal sections (41, 42), where one longitudinal section (42) is provided with dielectric material (14) and air. Discontinuity (9) is formed by changing a material of propagation of microwave energy.
