<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element fixing structure that maintains and stabilizes adhesion of optical elements over a long period of time, and prevents displacement of the optical elements, without blocking a desired optical beam which passes through the optical elements. <P>SOLUTION: The optical element fixing structure includes: an optical element 1 that is arranged in a light path; and a holding member 2 that holds the optical element 1. The holding member 2 includes: a first protrusion 2-a having an undersurface smaller than the footprint of the optical elements 1, a second protrusion 2-b that is provided to surround the optical elements 1 fixed to the first protrusion 2-a by an adhesive 3, and a groove 2-c that is provided between the first protrusion 2-a and the second protrusion 2-b. In the optical element fixing structure, a coated material 4 is disposed to partially seal an exposed part of the adhesive 3, holding member 2, and the optical elements 1, and the desired light beam that passes through the optical elements 1 is not blocked by the coated material 4 or the second protrusion 2-b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
