PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a concentration of dissolved hydrogen in water, using a thermal conductivity detector even if the hydrogen and other gas exist in measurement object water, and solve management problems of a diaphragm type polaro hydrogen concentration meter. SOLUTION: An apparatus for measuring a dissolved hydrogen concentration includes: a flow channel; a hydrogen elimination section eliminating the dissolved hydrogen in water in the flow channel; one or a plurality of thermal conductivity detectors detecting and converting a change of a thermal conductivity due to a dissolved gas in water into an electric signal; and a dissolved hydrogen concentration calculator for calculating the dissolved hydrogen concentration in water based on the electric signal converted by the thermal conductivity detector from the change of the thermal conductivity due to the dissolved gas in water before passing through the hydrogen elimination section, and the electric signal converted by the thermal conductivity detector from the change of the thermal conductivity due to the dissolved gas in water after passing through the hydrogen elimination section.
