METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A DISPLAY SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a display substrate is provided to form a low tone pattern which can adjust the thickness of a mask without changing design. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a display substrate comprises steps of: forming a pad electrode which is connected to one end of a signal line; forming an insulation layer on a substrate which includes the signal line and the pad electrode; forming a first low tone pattern in order to expose the insulation layer by jetting a first organic ink; exposing the pad electrode by removing the insulation layer using the first low tone pattern as an etching prevention layer; and forming a pixel electrode which is electrically connected with a transparent layer and the signal line.
