PURPOSE: A door phone coupling monitor unit, a system and monitoring method are provided to reduce data traffic. CONSTITUTION: A door phone(10) includes a door camera and bell photographing an outdoor image by being arranged in entrance door. A door interlinking monitoring device monitors an image of a door phone by interlinking with an interphone to be outputted by receiving an image signal of a door phone based on a bell signal according to an input of a bell. An image converting unit bypasses or image-processes an image signal of a door phone. A communication unit is connected through an external device and a network. A signal switching unit bypasses a voice signal and a bell signal which is exchanged between a door phone and an interphone or provides an external signal to an interphone. An activation unit bypasses a driving signal of an interphone about whether a door camera photographs or not to a door phone. A control unit receives a driving signal and a communication unit of an interphone or selectively selects a control signal generated according to the preset condition to the door phone through activation unit. The control unit bypasses an image signal received from the door phone through an image converting u nit or transmits the signal by digital converting through a communication unit.
