<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transceiver module which is easily detached from and attached to a cage. <P>SOLUTION: The optical transceiver module is easily detached from and attached to a cage. The optical transceiver module includes: a housing which houses a photoelectric conversion element and a guide part formed along a cross direction; an operation lever which has an operation part and a lever side contact part and is mounted on the housing so as to be turned around a turning axis; and a slider which has wedge part for engaging with a locking part provided on the cage and a slider-side contact part for contacting with the lever-side contact part, and is guided in the cross direction by the guide part. The lever side contact part is located at the side opposite to the operation part when viewed from the turning axis, and when the operation part is pushed backward, the lever-side contact part pushes the slider-side contact part frontward, thus the slider moves frontward to a position at which the wedge part is detached from the locking part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
