<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blue photosensitive resin composition to form a blue pixel whose surface peeling problem is solved by a laser scan exposure method. <P>SOLUTION: The blue photosensitive resin composition contains a blue coloring material, a resin, a polymerizable monomer, a photoinitiator and a solvent. The photoinitiator is an oxime ester compound having a structure shown by formula (1) (wherein X<SB>1</SB>-X<SB>3</SB>are each independently a 1-20C alkyl group or aryl group, wherein the alkyl group may have a linear, branched or cyclic structure; X<SB>4</SB>is a hydrogen atom, an alkanoyl group or an aryloyl group; X<SB>1</SB>-X<SB>4</SB>can have no substituent or a substituent). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
