PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochromic mirror which has a mirror structure in which a carbon film as a charge compensation film as well as an electrochromic film is arranged and which excels in responsiveness in coloring and discoloring. SOLUTION: In the electrochromic mirror 10, between an electrochromic film 16 and a conductive reflective film 18, and a conductive layer 28 and a carbon film 30, an electrolytic solution 34 is enclosed which contains lithium ion, propylene carbonate and dimethoxyethane.
