PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack with easy handling and capable of attaching and detaching to an object equipment. SOLUTION: In the battery pack A having a pair of hooks 14 in a case where batteries are housed, capable of locking both sides of an object equipment in a state of being slid into a mounting part B of the object equipment such as a power tool or the like, grooves 23 to be engaged with guiding protruded lines 26 formed on the mounting part B are formed on both sides of the battery pack. The pair of the hooks 14 are arranged along the grooves 23 and, moreover, locking jaws 18, which move toward an opening direction respectively and are energized by an elastic body 21 in a locking direction at the mounting part B and are locked at the mounting part B, are arranged on the tip ends of the hooks 14 and the locking jaws 18 are positioned on the grooves 23. Further, operation parts 16 for releasing the locking are formed on the hook 14, and the operation parts 16 are arranged on both side parts of the case in a range capable of being grasped by a single hand from both end sides of a rear end part in a sliding direction of the case.
