PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus with excellent operability, which holds a plurality of ultrasonic probes in a state where cables are not easily entangled with each other. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, a holder includes a slit of a width capable of passing the cable of the ultrasonic probe freely in the direction away from an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus body, in a bottom part and in one wall surface, and a cable hook is arranged at a position which is away from the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus body relative to the wall surface provided with the slit and is lower than the upper surface of the holder.
