PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine in which vertical dimensions of a whole prize winning means is reduced by such a simple structure as to change a guide passage and game balls are smoothly guided by the guide passage regardless of burrs or the like occurring upon working of an attaching hole on a game board side. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes a prize winning means 15 which is fit in and attached to an attaching hole 49 of a game board 7. In the prize winning means 15, the guide passage 39 to guide a prize winning game ball getting in through a prize winning port 37 in front of the game board 7 to the back side of the game board 7 is disposed near the lower side of a periphery wall 61 of the attaching hole 49. The guide passage 39 includes a pair of right and left guide rails 62 to guide a game ball at least on the back side thereof, a vertically opening open part 65 is provided on the back part side including at least the back end between the guide rails 62, and a downwardly re-entrant recess part 79 is provided on the periphery wall 61 on the lower side of the guide rails 62 so as to correspond to the open part 65.
