<p>In order to enable the construction of an electrical connector to become extremely simple, by omitting a circuit board or an electrical connector to be the intermeshing target, a stand-alone plug connector (10) was configured to intermesh directly with a wall section of a product casing (MF) that comprises an electronic device having a prescribed circuit, and since a contact section of a contact (12) was made to come in contact with a contact section of a wiring pattern (CP) that is exposed at the surface of a coupling protrusion section (Mfa), in a state of having the stand-alone plug connector (10) intermeshed, electrical connection of a signal transmission medium is achieved with a simple construction, without the intervention of circuit boards, or electrical connectors to be mounted onto the circuit board, which will be the intermeshing target of the signal transmission medium.</p> |
