PURPOSE: A Grid-GML(Geography Markup Language) materialization unit for visibly showing smart phone map and real-time map transmission are provided to efficiently supply a GML map to a smart phone terminal on a real time. CONSTITUTION: A Grid-GML type map server(100) transmits a fractional area that includes an active area when a map requests from a Grid-GML type smart phone device(200) and a GML map visibility. The Grid-GML type map server manages to map data that is transmitted to the Grid-GML type smart phone device by giving ID. The Grid-GML type Smart phone device switches from a WGS84 coordinate that is received from the GPS to a TM coordinate. The Grid-GML type Smart phone device requests a map from the Grid-GML type map server. The Grid-GML type smart phone device visibly shows a transmitted map from the Grid-GML type map server by fiducially re-dividing about a display region.
