<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome problems of the conventional PEN films such as productivity, cost, etc., and to provide an inexpensive polyester film having low oligomer properties equal to or superior to those of PENs by elaborating application of a metal-free, thermosetting and environmentally compatible coating layer to a general polyester film. <P>SOLUTION: The polyester film includes a coating layer (A) which contains a quaternary ammonium base-containing polymer, a polyethylene glycol-containing acrylate polymer, and a crosslinker on one side of a polyester film; and a coating layer (B) formed from a mixture comprising a silicone resin, a melamine resin and an alkyd resin on the coating layer (A); wherein the thickness of the coating layer (B) is 100-500 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
