PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a plurality of part images constituting an article in predetermined order irrespective of a position designated in the article. SOLUTION: When a delivery server 20 is requested to deliver a newspaper image, a transmission part 21 reads out an entire image from an entire image storage part 22 and reads out layout information from a layout information storage part 23 to transmit them to a portable terminal. When a position on a display screen of the portable terminal is designated with the entire image displayed on the display screen to specify a user-desired article, a reception part 29 receives a request to deliver part images which specifies the article, a part decision part 26 decides the order of delivery of part images according to connection information stored in a connection information storage part 25, and the transmission part 21 reads out part images from a part image storage part 24 to deliver them to the portable terminal in the delivery order.
