PURPOSE: A sleeve forming sleeve curling method for an anchor bolt and a product thereby are provided to easily assemble a sleeve and a bolt by forming the sleeve to be closed to an original shape. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve forming method for an anchor bolt is as follows. An anchor bolt is composed of a bolt and a cylindrical sleeve(200) . The front and rear ends(221a,222a) of a cut plate-shaped metal piece are cut in a zigzag shape. The front and rear ends of the cylindrical sleeve are cut in a zigzag shape. Protrusions(224) are formed in the sleeve in order to easily expand the cylindrical sleeve when the sleeve is expanded by the inclined head(211) of the bolt.
