PURPOSE: A filter for the dust mask is provided to prevent filter papers on both sides from adhering with each other in an adjacent part to the edge due to moisture of respiration and not to be disadvantageous in view of productivity. CONSTITUTION: Filter papers of both sides are faced with each other, and a mounting hole is formed in any one side. A junction connects an edge facing a lateral filter paper. A locking ring is fixed through a punch. A connecting part is formed in all direction from the locking ring circumference, and includes a plurality of ribs, which is extended to be close to the connecting part between the filter papers of both sides and provides intervals between the filter papers of both sides. A reinforcing material is arranged in an internal edge of the filter papers of both sides, is inserted into the filter paper of any one side with a rib end part. The edge is arranged between edges of the filter papers of both sides. The reinforcing material is composed of a porous fiber material connected with the filter papers of both sides with the connection part into one body.
