PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant simulator apparatus or the like capable of performing highly accurate simulation by using a statistical model. SOLUTION: The simulator includes a strict model simulation device for executing simulation of a plant based on plant data obtained from the plant by using a strict model and a statistical model simulation device for executing the simulation of the plant by using the statistical model. The statistical model simulation device executes the simulation of the plant based on virtual plant data obtained from simulation by the strict model simulation device as well as the plant data obtained from the plant.
