THE PATH-CONTROLLING SYSTEM AND THE METHOD OF POLARIZING PLATE

PURPOSE: A system for controlling a polarizing plate and a method thereof are provided to improve accuracy by correcting several times in each step of a cutting apparatus comparing to the one time static correction. CONSTITUTION: A first CPC(Center Point Controller,100) operates the center position of an polarizing plate. A guide roll corrects the center position of the polarizing plate. A first controller(110) controls the guide roll based on the position data of the polarizing plate in the first CPC. A vision part(200) senses the end tip and the side of the polarizing plate. A clamp(220) holds the front end of the polarizing plate and corrects the side distortion of the polarizing plate. A second controller(210) controls the clamp based on the position data of the polarizing plate in a vision part. A location driving part for a feeding roll(320) corrects the location of the feeding roll.
