FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: case of rotating oven is mounted horizontally and along perimeter is made as multi-start screw surface with screw lines and screw surfaces inside case at angle 3.5-4% to axis of case rotation in form of pockets of curvilinear shape with centres of curvature of pockets of curvilinear shape of screw surface inside cross section of case. The case is made out of one band of equal width. The band is wound into cylinder coils interconnected along lengthwise edges. Also, the band is bent along bending lines positioned at angle to its lengthwise edges. Along external and internal surfaces there are formed screw lines and screw surfaces as pockets of curvilinear shape unidirectional at angle of 3.5-4% to axis of case rotation. Also, distance between lines of bending is equal to sum of lengths of perimetres of geometric shape of internal surface pockets. ^ EFFECT: expanded process functionality, increased intensity of heat exchange and simplified operation of oven. ^ 2 cl, 11 dwg |
