<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble due to illicit writing to a file by means of a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: In a computer system, in which execution in a file processing part 3 is allowed for a program file P having an affirmative execution right flag 15 and is prohibited for a program file P with a negative flag, an execution right management part 4 changes the execution right flag 15 of the program file P to a negative one when writing is performed on the program file P by operation from a general user. A log recording part 5 accumulates log data about writing in association with the program file.
