GREEN LIGHT EMITTING PHOSPHORS OF LI-AL-O SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A green phosphor and a method for producing the same are provided to improve the luminous intensity of an Li-Al-O-based phosphor and to ensure an absorption wavelength region in wide wavelength range(250-500 nm). CONSTITUTION: A green phosphor includes lithium aluminum oxide(Li-Al-O) as a matrix and europium(Eu) as an activator. A method for preparing the green phosphor comprises: (S100) weighing a lithium(Li)-containing compound, aluminum(Al)-containing compound and Eu-containing compound, and mixing the compounds in a solvent; (S200) drying the mixture; and (S400) heat-treating the dried mixture in a reducing atmosphere. The heat treatment is carried out at 400~1500 °C under 0.001~760 torr.
