The endoprosthesis (10) has a meniscus part (16) supported between a femur part (12) and a tibia part (14) and rotatable around an axis of rotation (88). A rotation guiding device enforces rotation movement of the menicus part relative to the tibia part around the axis of rotation during a pivoting movement of the femur part and the tibia part relative to each other around a pivoting axis (106) that runs transverse to the axis of rotation.
