METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COMPOSITE SHEET AND OPTICAL PLATE ASSEMBLY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing composite sheet and an optical plate assembly using the same are provided to uniformly emit light by forming an air layer forming part in a light diffusing layer. CONSTITUTION: A release film or a polyethylene terephthalate film are reeled from a film winding roller(S1). An optical resin including dispersing agent is sprayed using a pattern forming roller at one side of a release film or a polyethylene terephthalate film. A diffusion layer with a predetermined pattern is formed(S2). The thickness of an optical resin is regularized using a scriber. A patterned air layer is formed between the diffusing layer and a prism sheet by laminating the prism sheet to the upper part of the diffusing layer(S3). A protection film is attached to the upper part of the prism sheet(S4).
