The device has a laminated spring (1) with an end (3) firmly clamped at a machine-fixed counter bearing and another end (4) performing motion of the spring. A force sensor (7) and/or a torque sensor is provided between the counter bearing and the clamped end and/or between the two ends of the spring with a part of a machine for manufacturing tobacco products. The spring directly or indirectly lies above a contact surface (3a) at the force sensor. The force sensor (7) comprises a support (5) in which the clamped end of the laminated spring is non-displaceably accommodated.
