<p>The device has an accommodating unit (1) movable in two directions and pivotable in a pivot axis (3). A video camera (6) is connected with a computer, where the camera and a drilling unit (7) are connected by a fixed coupling. A glass plate (2) and spectacle lenses (2', 2'') are arranged in the accommodating unit so that tangential planes of its surfaces form a right angle with an axis of a recording lens of the camera and a drilling axis of the drilling unit.
