PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a scaffold having dovetail-shaped grooves for a ship is provided to prevent the accumulating of foreign materials in a furring part by forming a rubber member fitting groove. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a scaffold having dovetail-shaped grooves for a ship is as follows. A steel plate reeled from a roller(R) is provided to a roll forming molding device(10). The both sides of steel plate are pressurized with a forming roller(R1) of the roll forming molding device. A pair of recesses having trapezoidal shaped cross section is formed. The central part of the steel plate located between main parts' is pressurized by a second forming roller(R2) of the roll forming molding device in order to form a protrusion part which is protruded in a projection direction of the recess part. The central part of the steel plate is pressurized by a third forming roller(R3) to form an initial horizontal state.
