<p>The hose has a hose brace (5) spiral shapely-formed on a hose wall (4). The hose wall and/or the hose brace is made of extruding thermoplastic material e.g. Polypropylene, Polyethylene and PVC, thermoplastic elastomer, thermoplastic polyurethane, copolyester and Polyether block amide or thermoplastic Poly olefin that contains mixture of nano and micro particles that enhances abrasion resistance. The hose wall is formed with a band (1) that is wound in a spiral shape. Diameter of the particles is 100 micrometer, and the hose brace is made of reinforcing core material. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a flexible hose.</p> |
