PURPOSE: A sidewall rubber composition with improved blooming resistance and tire using the same are provided to improve the appearance of tire by improving a blooming phenomenon using a large amount of vegetable oil-based softeners modified with alkyl oxide-based light base. CONSTITUTION: A sidewall rubber composition with improved blooming resistance comprises 100 parts by weight of a base rubber and 5 ~10 parts by weight of vegetable oil-based softeners modified with alkyl oxide-based light base. The alkyl oxide-based light base is one or more selected from the group consisting of CH2CO3, ethylene oxide, and alkylbenzoate. The vegetable oil-based softener is one or more selected from the group consisting of castor oil, linseed oil, pine tar, tall oil, and palm oil.
