PURPOSE: A method for preventing or treating cancer and inflammatory diseases using an extracellular vesicle isolated from a mammalian body is provided to diagnose progress of gastric disorder. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases contains an extracellular vesicle isolated from a mammalian body as an active ingredient. A composition for preventing or treating cancer contains the extracellular vesicle as an active ingredient. The extracellular vesicle is isolated from the small or large intestine of a mammal. A method for treating or preventing inflammatory diseases comprises a step of administering the extracellular vesicle to a mammal in less than the lethal dose.
