PURPOSE: Health food including platycodon grandiflorus powder, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to easily eat the food by molding the food into pills. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health food including platycodon grandiflorus powder comprises the following steps: sowing platycodon grandiflorus seeds, and cultivating for 3years before transplanting roots to a different location and cultivating for 3 more years; drying and crushing the obtained platycodon grandiflorus roots; mixing the obtained platycodon grandiflorus powder with wood-cultivated ginseng powder; and molding the mixture into pills.
