PURPOSE: A mounting apparatus for footwear capable of height control is provided to prevent slidingness in snowy places or icy roads, to prevent slidingness by maximizing a bottom and a touching surface and by increasing a frictional force and to avoid fatigue of ankle joints. CONSTITUTION: A front axis part(200) is installed in a front axis of footwear. A back axis part(300) is installed in footwear heels. The front axis part adheres closely to the lower part of the footwear. A lateral surface connection part (211) is formed in both sides of an upper plate of the front axis part(210), and includes a plurality of front axis part key grooves(212). A first lower plate member of the front axis part(220) is combined in the front portion of the upper plate of the front axis partwith a fixing hinge of the front axis part(221). A second lower plate member of the front axis part is combined to the first lower plate member of the front axis part with a loading hinge of the front axis part. A lower plate fixing unit of the front axis part is installed in the second lower plate member of the front axis part(230) and is inserted into the front axis part key groove based on a slope of floor. The back axis part adheres closely to the lower part of the footwear. A lateral surface connection part of the back axis part is formed in both sides of an upper plate of the back axis part(310), and includes a plurality of back axis part key grooves(312). A first lower plate member of the back axis part(320) is combined in the back portion of the upper plate of the back axis part with a fixing hinge of the back axis part. A second lower plate member of the back axis part(330) is combined to the first lower plate member of the back axis part with a loading hinge of the back axis part. A lower plate fixing unit of the front axis part is installed in the second lower plate member of the back axis part and is inserted into the back axis part key groove based on a slope of floor.
