PURPOSE: A method for detecting laver farm facilities from medium-resolution artificial satellite image data is provided to effectively detect floating type and pillar type laver farm facilities installed on the sea and a littoral region. CONSTITUTION: The medium-resolution((20m-30m)/pixel) image data of an artificial satellite is collected(S10). The image data of near infrared rays and the image data of Red and Green wavelength range are extracted(S20). The average reflectance of the image data of the extracted near infrared, red, and green wavelength range is calculated. Using the average reflectance, a laver farm index is produced(S30). |
