The valve has sliding carriages (1-3) for shifting respective glazings (9, 12, 13), and closure elements (20, 21) installed in the carriages at a distance from floor space. The closure elements are formed as locking closer or folding closer with a rocker arm and a lever holder. The closure elements comprise springs and/or magnets, which define two stable tilting positions. The sliding carriages are provided with rollers that are guided along oblong elongated tracks (6, 10, 11) provided in a rail (7). The tracks have output holes for discharging of rain water in a region below the rollers.
