<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that is excellent in storability and portability. <P>SOLUTION: A micro-projector 1 has a body 2 incorporating: an optical system component 5 for projecting and displaying an image; and a control system component 6 for controlling the image based on an image signal input from an external instrument. In the micro-projector 1, a base case 70 storing the control system component 6 and a cover case 73 for covering the optical system component 5 are connected, and the optical system component 5 is connected so as to be freely face up or down between the base case 70 and cover case 73. When the display device is not used, the optical system component 5 is put into a horizontal position and a cover case 73 is overlapped on the base case 70, and thereby the body 2 can be reduced to be a compact size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
