摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a positive electrode of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery capable of improving the safety of the battery by evenly forming an inorganic particle slurry layer on a positive-electrode active substance layer surface. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the positive electrode of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes a process to form a positive-electrode active material layer on a positive-electrode collector surface, and a process to form a porous inorganic particle layer by drying after applying the inorganic particle slurry containing inorganic particles and carboxyl methyl cellulose on the positive-electrode active material layer surface. The inorganic particle slurry contains carboxymethyl cellulose at an etherification degree of 0.8 or higher and a viscosity of 800 mPa s or higher in a 1% aqueous solution at a ratio of 0.2 mass% or higher and 1.0 mass% or lower to the inorganic particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
