<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper with enhanced strength of engagement between a fastening part in a fastening tape and a fastened part engaged with the fixing part. <P>SOLUTION: The fastening part in the fastening tape is composed of a hook member of a hook-and-loop fastener, and the fastened part made of nonwoven fabric 10 to be engaged with the fastening part is attached to the surface of a rear surface sheet of the disposable diaper. The nonwoven fabric 10 includes thermo-expansible fiber expanded by heating, and includes a number of projections 19 and recesses 18 on one surface side. The heat extension coefficient of the thermo-expansible fiber constituting each projection 19 is higher in a lower part of the projection 19 than in a higher part. Two thermo-expansible raw material fibers with different temperatures to start the thermal expansion are used as the raw material fiber of the thermo-expansible fiber. The upper side of the projection is formed by using low-temperature thermo-expansible raw material fiber whose thermal expansion is started at relatively row temperature, and the lower side of the projection is formed by using high-temperature thermo-expansible raw material fiber whose thermal expansion is started at relatively high temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
