<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste composition for a solar cell that can enhance conversion efficiency of the solar cell by improving contact resistance of a surface electrode. <P>SOLUTION: ZnO serves as a low-resistance n-type semiconductor by being doped with Al, Ga, In, and Ti and has an intermediate energy level between an n<SP>+</SP>layer and silver, so contact resistance between a light-receiving surface electrode 20 and an (n) layer 14 can be made low by adding such conductive ZnO to conductive paste, thereby obtaining a conductive paste composition capable of having a high FF value through preparatory composition using various conductive ZnO and glass. Consequently, an electrode can be easily made into a thin wire, so light reception area is increased to obtain higher conversion efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
