X-RAY COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY APPARATUS AND CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computed tomography apparatus and a control program improving the accuracy in calculating the concentration of a contrast medium within an ROI (a region of interest). SOLUTION: A scanning mechanism 10 executes a pre-scan of a subject P into which the contrast medium is injected with X rays and collects projection data on the subject P. An image generating part 34 generates CT image data on the subject P based on the projection data. An ROI setting part 36 sets the ROI on a CT image. A concentration index calculating part 38 calculates the index to vary according to the concentration of the contrast medium in the ROI based on the CT value of pixels included in a specific CT value range of CT values of pixels included in the ROI.
