摘要 The present invention comprises the production of conduits with a non-conventional inside cross section delimited by certain planar algebraic curves of a degree in excess of two, which are symmetrical with respect to the vertical axis and, in the lower part thereof, have a sharp point as compared with the shape of the upper part thereof, which make it possible to achieve an increase in the relative flow rate as compared with the flow rate of circular and ovoid cross sections. The use of such conduits is advantageous in pipes that exhibit low flow rate problems, particularly those networks that have to convey wastewater and rainwater at the same time, and therefore have to have such dimensions as to accommodate a very broad range of streams, and the networks installed in areas where the slope of the land is practically zero or even negative (the reverse of the direction of flow).
