PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally distribute the load of a front server and an end server in the units of application, in a system where the end server layer is connected to the end of a front server layer, and the servers of the layers are interlocked with each other. SOLUTION: In a load measurement agent 109 which operates in a front server 102, application path information for determining an application on an end server 103 to be accessed by the device is acquired, in end server acquisition statistical information analysis (S201). The load state of the end server 103 to be determined based on the application path information is acquired as application path control information in end server statistical information acquisition processing (S202). A server load distribution device 101 is notified of the application path control information, in a statistical information notification processing part (S203). In the server load distribution device 101, the distribution of requests to a plurality of server devices is controlled based on the application path control information and the number of connection from a client to the front server.
