The device (5) has a seal lip (7) fitting on a sliding surface (8) of two rotating components (1, 2) in an idle condition. The seal lip is removed from or pushed against the sliding surface at a preset rotation speed of the components for realizing speed adjusted valve function and enabling lubrication of a needle bearing (4). The seal lip is inwardly moved by axial movement of the components relative to each other, where the device is attached on the components and is made of rubber.
