PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brassiere pad prevented from generation of folding creases and/or formation of unnatural swelling through a garment, and excellent in air permeability. SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam brassier pad 9 includes: a thick-walled part 7 which positions at the lower part side of the breast when worn; and a thin-walled part 8 which is integral with the thick-walled part 7, positions at the upper part side of the breast when worn, and is thinner than the thick-walled part 7. The thick-walled part 7 includes a center-core polyurethane foam, surface-layer polyurethane foams each disposed at the outside of the center-core polyurethane foam, and fabric laminated on the outside of each of the surface-layer polyurethane foams.
