PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular interior trim having excellent appearance and achieving the weight reduction while realizing the contour shape suitable for attachment as the interior trim. SOLUTION: The vehicular interior trim has a layered structure including a decorative material layer arranged in an exposing manner in a cabin, a surface layer with the decorative material layer being adhered thereto, and a back layer having a plurality of recesses with each bottom being adhered to a surface on the side opposite to a surface with the decorative material layer of the surface layer being adhered thereto. The depth of the plurality of recesses substantially constitutes the thickness of the layered structure, and a space part is formed between the surface layer and the back layer. The space part is closed by an outer peripheral wall of the layered structure. An outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall is constituted of an outer peripheral surface of the decorative material layer and an outer peripheral surface of the back layer.
