In the claimed foldable padded beach mat with an adjustable backrest, the backrest can be adjusted by means of a stand formed by three aluminium parts. The four adjustment degrees for the backrest and the foam padding make the beach mat more comfortable, since it can be adjusted to each user. The beach mat further has a handle that makes it easier to transport in the folded state.
