PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device, in which the layout area can be reduced, even when logic circuits of different power supply systems are alternately connected, similarly to the case in which the device is constituted by logic circuits of the same power supply system. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor device, among a plurality of alternately connected logic circuits (inverter circuits) which are different in power supply system (a power supply line L1, a power supply line L2, a GND line LS1, a GND line LS2), logic circuits connected to the same power supply system are laid out adjacent to each other to share a diffusion layer connected to the power sources of an element forming one adjacent logic circuit and an element forming the other logic circuit.
