PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer capable of optimally selectively using a method distinguishing only a measurement item, and to provide a method which distinguishes not only the measurement item but also a reaction line, according to each processing process. SOLUTION: In the automatic analyzer including a plurality of systems of reaction lines capable of measuring arbitrary measurement item for component-analyzing a sample, measurement result measured using different reaction lines for the same measurement item is stored in the distinguished condition for reaction line for the measurement result, the measurement item is distinguished, and editorship which does not distinguished the reaction line is performed and is output.
